Violet Crown Fall Arts Festival is COMING UP!

Saturday, October 11th
10 am-4 pm at the Crestview Shopping Center (map below)

It may be hot as blazes right now, but cooler weather – & the inaugural Violet Crown Fall Arts Festival – are just around the corner! The festival will be held at the Crestview Shopping Center from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Dozens of local artisans will offer their wares at the event, & local musicians & other performers will entertain. There will be activities for children, as well as neighborhood history & other information.

A Project of Violet Crown Community Works Benefiting the Neighborhood Oral History Project




It’s also a great opportunity to visit the 120‐foot mosaic Wall of Welcome, which was dedicated last spring!

Food & beverage vendors will be on hand, too, offering tasty treats for everyone.

Admission is free, but proceeds from refreshment vendors and artisan booth rentals will benefit an oral history project underway for the Brentwood/Crestview neighborhoods. Updates on this fall's event will be announced on the neighborhood listservs & at
